FIBER GDX RECOMMENDED USE
To start, mix 1/4 - 1/2 a scoop in 8-10oz of water once or twice per day. Slowly increase to full serving size (1 Scoop) as the body adjusts.
Getting enough fiber in our diets (even when eating a whole foods diet) is challenging. We require 25 to 30 grams of fiber per day for optimal health.
