FIBER GDX RECOMMENDED USE

Our New & Improved Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 & K2 uses a fresh fish oil made from sardines sustainably harvested off the coast of Chile and Peru. The oil undergoes multiple distillations and refinements to eliminate and minimize heavy metal and other impurities. Each serving contains more EPA and DHA than many other omega formulas.
In addition to omega-3 fatty acids, each serving of Omega-3 + Vitamin D delivers 4000 IU (100 micrograms) of Vitamin D3. When the human body is exposed to sunlight, it can produce Vitamin D. However, more people are sitting in offices all day while others live at more extreme latitudes where sun exposure is limited. These factors reduce the amount of Vitamin D in our bodies. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient that is absorbed better when dissolved in other fatty components.

RECOMMENDED USE
Adults take 2 softgel capsules twice a day with food or as directed by a healthcare professional or pharmacist. The daily dose of EPA and DHA should not exceed 5 grams. Best taken with fatty foods such as yogurt or avocados, or foods containing either olive oil or other healthy fats. Those who cannot swallow the softgel capsules may pierce one softgel and squeeze the oil into yogurt, applesauce, or another preferred food to consume.
